    Horrible. Dirty store, food every on floor. Understaffed, line to door for 25 mins (at a McDonalds). Everything else could have been overlooked, waiting to order for 25 at McDonalds...crazy. my family left and went next door to BK. BK clean, we'll lighted, and extremely family friendly...my new family store...playground also kept my kids attention. Dump dirty slow surly McDonalds in Somerset, Ky.

    Service AND quality are both horrible. Drive thru is by far the worst of any restaurant in town. My last 3 visits have all ended in a call to the uncaring manager on duty.
